K – 12 Admissions Process

Our admissions process for the K – 12 program begins with a visit to Eugene Sudbury School. You may either attend an open house or if your needs are more immediate, a scheduled visit may be arranged. Please do not visit our school without an appointment, for the safety of our students and staff we are unable to accommodate drop in visits. After your visit there are just a few simple steps. You may enroll, apply for a scholarship, and pay your supply fee online whenever you are ready to enroll. Just use the links to the right of each step!

Parent Participation

We invite every family to donate 20 hours of their time during the school year. Parent participation is important to our school – not only do we form a strong community during parent nights, potlucks, and field trips, but parents performing tasks such as mowing the lawn, helping to clean the school, and pass out fliers at events keep our costs down so that we can provide more materials and support to students.

Like our students, we encourage our parents to spend their time participating in an area pursuant to their interests. If you have an idea of how you would like to volunteer, please speak with staff. Here are a few suggestions to get you thinking, but service hours are in no way limited to these tasks.

  • Gardening/Lawn Maintenance
  • Grant Writing
  • Event Planning
  • Construction/Cabinet Making
  • Office Assistance
  • Cleaning
  • Donation Coordination
  • Marketing and Promotions
Tuition and Aid

We offer scholarships!

Although we are a private school, we strive to ensure students are not turned away because of financial barriers. Please review our scholarship policy and see if your student qualifies. Our tuition page has more information.
